Rich enjoys drawing on his varied professional and educational experience in support of his work for CoMetrics. At different times, he’s worked as a bookkeeper at a natural foods cooperative, a technology librarian, a compiler and editor of transportation statistics, a writer of documentation for flight simulators, and a legislative proofreader and copy editor. He likes solving varied challenges associated with storing, retrieving, and synthesizing information, along with explaining technical processes as clearly and succinctly as possible.
