Pat Sheridan
President & CEO, Independent Natural Food Retailers Association
Pat Sheridan is President & CEO of the Independent Natural Food Retailers Association (INFRA), a purchasing and business services cooperative of independently owned natural food retailers. Serving as INFRA’s CEO since 2020, Pat has been leading a growth strategy, doubling INFRA’s sales and representative buying power in the grocery industry. INFRA currently represents over 350 members, operating over 600 stores in all 50 states, Washington DC, & Puerto Rico, with combined annual sales of $3 billion. Pat joined INFRA in 2018 as COO & CFO, leading the transformation to better serve members by leveraging technology solutions to deliver promotional deals and advanced consulting opportunities.
Prior to joining INFRA, Pat held leadership positions in finance, operations, and technology at both private and public companies and provided independent consulting services to companies focused on growth through mergers and acquisitions and follow-on integrations. Pat started his finance career as a CPA in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand.
Pat also currently serves as Secretary of the Organic Trade Association’s Retailer Council, Treasurer on the Board of Naturally Minnesota, and as a Board Member of CoMetrics.
